Mike let me drive his new Anniversary Edition ’78 ‘Vette knowing I had no license. After almost burning out the clutch we rocketed like light along rural roads unaware a school bus was unloading around the bend. Slamming short of the unthinkable, nobody spoke.

Oh, God. I got a sick feeling in my stomach reading this one. It was for you and for me, and for all the other young people who have done incredibly dangerous things with cars.
we have all had these moments where but for a few precious seconds, life could have turned out very different.
Yeah. !!!
There are a few critical moments in life that jolt us into understanding how everything can change in a blink. This was the first of three of those moments I've experienced so far. Luckily it didn't need to be fully illustrated for me to get the message.
